Q. Do you keep stock of the products?
A. In the pursuit to provide the most fresh of the products to our customers, we stock very limited, only high moving inventory. Most of the products are procured fresh from manufacturers.

Q. When does my order ship?
A. We usually ship all orders within 2-3 working days, in extreme cases it may take upto a week to ship your order. We always keep you updated via email.

Q. How much time it takes for delivery after my order is Shipped?
A. Deliveries to USA, UK, Canada, Europe & UAE may take upto 5-7 working days. However on an average it takes 3-4 working days.

Q. Who are your shipping partner?
A. We use reputed shipping companies like DHL Express,UPS, Delhivery, FedEx for all our deliveries.

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We are currently delivering to USA, UK, Canada, Europe, UAE. We also deliver to rest of world, but shipping charges may differ.

Q. Are there any Shipping Charges?
A. The list price includes the product cost & shipping charges. For USA, UK, Europe, Canada & UAE, we offer FREE SHIPPING on order above USD 30. In case of a lower order amount an additional Shipping Charge of USD 11.99 is applicable. Shipping charges for Rest of World may differ.

Q. What about Import duties & taxes?
A. For orders going to USA, there are no Import duties or taxes as of now. However for other countries, import duties or taxes MAYBE levied and the receiver will be liable to pay the same to shipping service provider (DHL, UPS or Aramex) before delivery. Please note, import duty or tax is decided by the country’s customs departments and we do not have any control or say on the same. If the shipment is returned due to non-payment of customs fees, we will not be in a position to issue any refund.

Q. Do you ship within India?
A. Yes, if you want delivery in India, please place your order on www.faralbox.in.

Q. Do you share shipment tracking details.
A. Yes once your order is Shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered email ID.

Q.Is there a way to order products not listed on website?
A. You can contact us on order@faralbox.com & share your requirement, we will try our best to fulfil it.

Q. What if a product goes bad in shipping?
A. If the product goes bad due to delay in shipment (a rare possibility) we will refund you the respective amount of the product. However, if the shipment is on time and the product is spoiled, we will help you raise the matter to the manufacturer.

Q. What is the mode of refund?
A. The refund gets credited to your original payment method which you used while placing the order. It may take 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your respective account.
